The Chapel Cemetery Crew maintains the grounds throughout the year and has long needed a covered storage area for their tools and machinery.  With this phase of the Historic Cemetery Project, HCP, Arlington County’s Historic Affairs Landmark Review Board, HALRB, approved a small shed located among the bushes at the back of the cemetery.   The original plan was for an 8×4 foot shed, but it turned out that model was no longer in production and the only available size was 8×10 foot.  The HALRB approved the change, our HCP contractor donated the pad, and the Chapel Cemetery Crew assembled the shed with the usual words of praise coming from parents trying to assemble toys at Christmas!
